NINA LEILANI DEERING

PIANO | VOICE | VIOLIN

Nina comes from a long line of musicians, and is a fantastically talented and competent pianist and vocalist. Nina is a graduate from San Diego State University in Piano Performance.

She is co-founder and musical director of Voices of Our City Choir, an organization that brings together professional musicians and people experiencing homelessness in San Diego. The choir has appeared on KPBS, NPR, PBS Newshour, and San Diego Union Tribune and more. 

Nina frequently performs locally in San Diego, and is in the process of recording multiple albums. She has been featured on various local radio shows as a vocalists as well as on the piano. She has taught piano/voice for 12 years. Nina is a fantastic blend of being both a tremendous musician, and a dynamic and inspiring teacher.
