Our Teen De-Stress workshop taps your mind, body, and creativity to teach you tools to relieve stress and rebuild balance.
We start with the mind, discussing causes of teen stress and ways to manage it through self-empowerment, time management, and other life skills, to achieve efficiency, confidence and control over your life. Then we move to the most fundamental part of your body: your breath, using transformational breathing, a deep, diaphragmatic belly breathing that changes restricted patterns in your body, allowing you to achieve more clarity, peace and joy in your life.
After your mind and body are at equilibrium, we move into a creative space to utilize music and the arts to stimulate your free spirit and allow your mind to wander and let go of the stresses of life for a while.
These three hours will change your life by empowering you with tools to manage your stress and live more freely.
